[Minnesota Vikings Rube] This weeks Dr Zs NFL Power Rankings

This week’s Dr. Z's NFL Power Rankings from Sports Illustrated have the Vikings dropping to #31 – down from #27 last week.  The Lions jumped ahead to #22, the Bears to #27 and Packers up to #28.  What a division we are in!
